They have a high chance to appear with the “beautiful” trait. They also have a slight bonus to social interactions, in exchange for a slightly increased appetite: offworld twi’leks never turn down food, and obesity is considered by many a status symbol.
This mod is not compatible with existing saves. You will have to start a new game.
