On March 9th 2023, my family pet of 15 years, Cookie, passed away after some medical related issues. This mod seeks to immortalize her somewhat by adding the “mutt”: a goofy fellow and the most POWERFUL DOG IN THE WORLD! (Well… probably) You’ll never see one of these out in the wild, being only legitimately obtainable in the starting scenario or through other mods.
