mlieSustainable Drill Mod adds a low-yield, late-game drill that taps into extremely deep resource pockets, providing a slow but sustainable way to acquire materials over time.
Sustainable Drill Features
The mod introduces a new deep-resource drill with the following characteristics:
- Sustainable extraction: Provides a continuous, low-rate supply of resources from very deep deposits.
- Placement flexibility: It does not matter where the sustainable drill is placed.
- High power usage: Consumes a large amount of electricity.
- Expensive construction: Fairly costly to build.
- Research requirement: Requires Deep Drilling research before it can be constructed.
- Compacted machinery: Can also mine compacted machinery.
This mod is loosely based on TheUbie’s deep core miner mod, but extracts resources at a much slower rate.
