The RTGs Mod adds radioisotope power generators to RimWorld, providing steady electricity at all times in exchange for uranium-based construction requirements, significant research, and heat management.
RTGs Mod Features
The RTGs Mod adds an RTG, or Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generator, as a new power generator. It uses uranium as part of its building requirements and produces a constant 750 W of power.
Since the RTG produces heat, the room where it is placed must be kept cool. Otherwise, it can cause fires.
The RTGs Mod also adds an ASRG, or Advanced Stirling Radioisotope Generator. This generator requires a large amount of research and produces 1500 W of power.
Power generators
- RTG: Produces a steady 750 W of power and generates heat.
- ASRG: Requires extensive research and produces 1500 W of power.
Compatibility notes
When troubleshooting the RTGs Mod:
- See if the error persists if you only have this mod and its requirements active.
- If not, try adding your other mods until it happens again.
- Always post your log using the Log Uploader.
- For best support, please use the Discord-channel for error-reporting.
- Do not report errors by making a discussion-thread, I get no notification of that.
