mlieRim of Madness – Arachnophobia Mod adds spiders to RimWorld, including regular spiders, giant spiders, flying spider queens, webs, cocoons, and spider silk.
Rim of Madness – Arachnophobia Mod Features
- Spiders and giant spiders: Adds eight-legged critters able to weave webs out of useful silk, along with giant genetically-engineered intelligent nephilids the size of a muffalo.
- Flying spider queens: Adds flying spider queens, a genetic experiment gone wrong. They can create giant spider eggs and fly short distances.
- Webs: Webs can stun smaller animals for spiders to catch, and can be harvested for spider silk.
- Cocoons: Spiders can spin dead or downed prey into cocoons. Cocoons are carried by spiders to other cocoons to help create a spider home.
- Cocoon feeding: Cocoons can have their insides melted, making delicious juice for spiders.
- Spider silk: Webs and cocoons will occasionally drop spider silk, which can be used to create clothing.
- Spawn rate settings: Spawn rate settings are available in the Mod Settings menu.
- Tameable spiders: The added spiders are tameable.
- Combat Extended support: Adds support for Combat Extended Mod.
- Ideology support: Spiders can now be selected as venerated animals in Ideology.
- Web and cocoon fixes: Fixed a few errors connected to spawning webs and cocoons.

- Add proper flying to Spider Queens.
- Add “milkable” spider silk.

Rim of Madness – Arachnophobia Mod is an unofficial port.
Rim of Madness – Arachnophobia Mod will be removed if Jecrell comes back.
Rim of Madness – Arachnophobia Mod is save game compatible.
A Dog Said Mod patch for bionic spiders is now available.
