mlieNPDTiers – The Nutrient Paste Expansion Mod expands the functionality of RimWorld’s nutrient paste system by providing a framework for creating custom Nutrient Paste Dispensers (NPDs). Framework for custom dispensers

- Chocolate Paste Dispenser: Produces a chocolate meal that grants a +6 mood bonus and uses only chocolate as an ingredient.
- Prisoner Nutrient Paste Dispenser: Produces a low-quality meal with a -10 mood penalty, ignores human and insect meat penalties, and requires fewer ingredients.
- Improved Nutrient Paste Dispenser: Produces a meal similar to a simple meal, affected by human and insect meat and using the same ingredient cost as the original dispenser.
- Fine Nutrient Paste Dispenser: Produces a higher-quality paste meal with a +2 mood bonus but requires more ingredients.
New hopper types
- Refrigerator Hopper: Consumes 75 power and chills food to slow spoilage.
- Freezer Hopper: Consumes 150 power and freezes food to prevent spoilage while powered.
- Grinder Hopper: Planned but not yet implemented.
Additional functionality
- Mod compatibility: Works with all hoppers that use the isHopper property, including mods that add the same property such as Fridges Are Hoppers.
- Custom gameplay options: Dispensers can even be modified to dispense items such as drugs or beer through XML configuration.
Compatibility notes
- Hopper compatibility: Works with any modded hopper that uses the isHopper property.
- RimFridge: Earlier versions overwrote RimFridge behavior due to custom hoppers, but this is no longer an issue in RimWorld 1.3.
- Save compatibility: The mod can be safely added or removed, but custom dispensers placed on the map must be removed before uninstalling.
