Settings
The mod includes adjustable settings in the options menu, allowing you to control:
- The speed multiplier per doctor.
- The success rate multiplier per doctor.
- The maximum number of assignable doctors per surgery.
- The maximum success limit for surgery.
- The maximum speed limit for surgery.
For optimal performance, try different settings based on the complexity of your colony’s surgical needs.

Compatibility notes
Compatible with RimWorld version 1.5. Safe to remove. Tested with a modpack of around 200 mods, ensuring stability in large modpacks.
Colony Groups: Causes an error when confirming the creation of an operation. This is due to SetPawnRestriction, which could not be resolved on the mod’s side.
Known Bugs
- Visual issue when two surgeons call the same assistant for different operations at the same time. The assistant may not appear in both operations visually, but the operations proceed without issue.
- Reports of characters resizing briefly during operations. The cause is still being investigated to identify any conflicting mods.
