The More Vanilla Factions Mod is a very simple mod that distributes the initial faction bases in a balanced way. In other words, every faction will have more or less the same amount of bases scattered around the map.
This mod does not make more settlements appear, it simply increases the variety of the ones already present.
More Vanilla Factions Mod changes
- Forces 4 tribe factions, rather than the default 1-2.
- Forces 4 outlander factions, rather than the default 1-2.
- Makes outlander town icon colors more… colorful.
- Forces 2 raider factions (possibly allowing 6).
Compatibility notes
The More Vanilla Factions Mod overwrites factions_misc, so it is unlikely to break mods that also add or tweak the vanilla factions.
Though not confirmed, this mod can probably be added to existing saves by using Orion’s Faction Discovery.
