The Jurassic Rimworld Mod brings the wonder and danger of dinosaurs to your colony. Inspired by the iconic Jurassic franchise, this mod lets you hunt, breed, and unleash prehistoric creatures in RimWorld. Whether you build a thriving park or fight for survival against ancient predators, one thing is certain: life finds a way.
Jurassic Rimworld Mod Features
- Over one hundred prehistoric creatures, including dinosaurs, pterosaurs, synapsids, and invertebrates.
- Large and medium creatures can serve as pack animals for stylish travel.
- Buildings, turrets, walls, and floors with a distinct Jurassic theme to secure your colony from dinosaurs or raiders.
- Mineable amber, extraction benches, and DNA reconstruction systems to bring extinct species back to life.
- Customizable mod options to control creature spawning and reconstruction availability.
- Unique sound effects and music that enhance the Jurassic atmosphere.
- Configurable difficulty—this mod can make the early game more challenging.
Colonists can reconstruct dinosaurs using amber and DNA, creating more docile and trainable variants compared to their wild counterparts. However, beware of the Indominus species, which remains dangerously untamable.
