The Fulfillment Mod adds a new emotional dimension to your colonists’ lives by introducing a “Fulfillment” need that tracks how satisfied they feel after performing tasks they’re passionate about. Colonists will now experience longer-lasting mood effects based on how often they get to do what they love.

Fulfillment Need: Colonists now have a new “Fulfillment” need that affects their mood depending on whether they have recently performed passionate work.
Dynamic Rate Changes
Passion Levels: The rate of Fulfillment gain depends on the colonist’s passion for the activity (Passion or Burning Passion).
Balanced Fulfillment Rates
Dynamic Adjustments: The gain and decay of the need have been balanced to ensure a smooth and fair gameplay experience.

| Medium Low (20% – 40%) | -2 | “I’m somewhat unfulfilled because I haven’t gotten to do enough work I’m passionate about.” |
| Medium (40% – 55%) | +2 | “I’m somewhat fulfilled as I’ve been able to do some work I’m passionate about.” |
| Medium High (55% – 80%) | +5 | “I feel fulfilled because I’ve been able to engage in work that I’m passionate about.” |
| High (80% – 95%) | +8 | “I’m highly fulfilled because I’ve been doing a lot of work I’m passionate about!” |
| Very High (≥ 95%) | +10 | “I’m extremely fulfilled because I’ve been doing a lot of work I’m passionate about continuously!” |
Additional Notes
- Fulfillment decreases naturally over time, with faster decay at higher levels.
- Animals and mechanoids do not have this need.
