Various mods add hot springs or thermal baths but do not integrate into Dubs Bad Hygiene. The DBH & VFEC Hot Spring Compatibility Mod allows all hot springs to increase a pawns hygiene – and in the case of VFE:C it allows pawns to undress in the thermal bath.

You do not need to install all of these! You can mix and match whichever mods you like, they should all work together.
