mlieCIWS Animal Mod adds several special animals to RimWorld, including War Bears, Iron animals, and a legendary old hen that lays golden eggs. The mod’s update history also includes balance tweaks to animal spawn rates and recruitment behavior, along with Traditional Chinese language support.
CIWS Animal Features
- War Bears: Added as recruitable combat animals, with later balance changes to reduce their wild spawn rate, lower their overall numbers, and reduce the chance of hostile recruitment failures.
- Iron animals: Added as special battlefield animals, with later adjustments to their properties and the ability to buy them.
- Golden egg hen: Adds a legendary old hen that lays golden eggs.
- Version support: Updated across multiple older RimWorld versions, including 0.16, 0.17, 0.18, and 0.19.
Compatibility notes
Traditional Chinese language support was added in version 0.15.4.
