Animal Husbandry Raids Mod expands raid behavior in RimWorld by allowing factions to bring domesticated animals with them during attacks, making raids feel more dynamic and varied.
Animal Husbandry Raids Features
- Adds animals to raids from an internal list, chosen randomly depending on the attacking faction.
- Allows players to customize the animal pool using configuration files.
- Supports exceptions so specific animals can be added or removed from the static animal definitions.
- Includes an option to spawn the faction’s venerated animals instead of the default list.
- Tribals and Pirates can bring domesticated animals with them when raiding.
- Helps factions feel more alive while adding additional tactical elements to raids.

Compatibility notes
Configuration files
Configuration files should be created in the RimWorld config folder:
- Windows path: C:\Users\\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config.
- AnimalHusbandryRaids_.additions: Animal definitions listed here will be added to the static definition list.
- AnimalHusbandryRaids_.deletions: Animal definitions listed here will be removed from the static definition list.
- Each animal definition must be written on a separate line.
When troubleshooting the Animal Husbandry Raids Mod:
- See if the the error persists if you just have this mod and its requirements active.
- If not, try adding your other mods until it happens again.
