Adds an “android chip extractor” to recover valuable chip implants from dead androids and pawns! Costs less than crafting aVx2 chip, so salvage those useful parts from the dead useless android husks.

Androids have a high chance of success, but meaty colonists may have corrupted chips due to inefficient brain structure.
