4M Mehni’s Misc Modifications Mod adds a wide range of optional settings, bugfixes, UI improvements and gameplay tweaks to customize your RimWorld experience.

4M Mehni’s Misc Modifications Mod Features

The 4M Mehni’s Misc Modifications Mod includes configurable changes for raids, pawn behavior, alerts, information display and developer tools. Most features can be configured or turned off.

Bugfixes and gameplay settings

• Manhunter pack fix: Prevents the game from giving up on sending manhunter packs once your colony reaches a certain size.
• Longer drafted time: Extends the time before pawns automatically undraft themselves.
• Retreat threshold settings: Lets you change or randomize the point at which raiders flee.
• No fleeing option: Allows raiders to fight until the end for a harder challenge.
• Nutrient Paste Dispenser alert: Warns you when the dispenser cannot be used, such as when access is blocked.

Information improvements

• Shows which pawns are in a relationship when assigning beds.
• Shows more information about plant yield.
• Shows DPS information for all weapons, including modded weapons.
• Allows messages for dying animals to be disabled.
• Adds a confirmation dialog before starting if the currently viewed colonist is not selected for embark.
• Chased refugees give a full headcount of their raid.
• Adds item information buttons to item filters.

AI tweaks and settings

• Allows pacifists to be prevented from rolling again.
• Prevents pawns from interacting with animals just before the animals’ naptime.
• Makes animals marked for taming less likely to be hunted by guard-trained predators.
• Allows herd migration sizes to be increased.

Tools for modders

• Removes the 6-second cooldown on workshop submissions.
• Adds dev mode spawn tweaks.
• Allows selecting item stuff and quality when spawning items.

Compatibility notes

Some older features from the 4M Mehni’s Misc Modifications Mod have been removed in later RimWorld versions.

• Better raider visibility: Removed in 1.4. Use Atomic Patches – Hostile Labels Mod instead.
• Custom human filth rate: Removed in 1.3.
• 999 messages limit removal: Removed in 1.3.

Available translations include Chinese and Japanese.
